Tom, a Founder and the Managing Partner of Zuber Lawler, focuses on intellectual property commercial litigation, and intellectual property deals. He has also advised some of the most iconic companies in the world on their global intellectual property portfolios. He is the relationship partner for a number of Fortune 1000 clients, as well as iconic government entities. As a firm, Zuber Lawler advises clients around the world from offices across the U.S. in relation to M&A, finance, intellectual property, real estate, corporate, employment, commercial litigation, and internal investigation matters. Tom is an avid futurist immersed in emerging industries and technologies, including quantum computing, AI, blockchain, cleantech, and longevity, among others. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an M.P.P. from the Harvard School of Government, and a B.S. summa cum laude in biomedical engineering from Rutgers University.

A former rocket scientist, Mark has over 35 years of patent litigation experience. He is focused on both traditional and emerging technologies, including quantum computing and AI. He boasts a sensational record at trial, having won an eight-month bench trial verdict on behalf of an international consumer products company for $925 million in damages. That said, he has most often represented clients on the defense side, including a defense of a computer company resulting in a settlement with a reported worth of $1.6 billion to the client. Mark is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, with two engineering degrees from MIT. He is a member of the U.S. Patent Bar.

Rhian qualified as a patent attorney last century and her practice has grown to encompass most topics that fall under the general headings of electronics and physics. She has particular experience in the fields of: semiconductors, quantum effect devices, memory architecture, medical devices, magnetic devices, optics, telecommunication networks, fabrication techniques; and mathematical modelling. Rhian graduated with an honours degree in natural sciences from Cambridge University, specialising in her final year in physics and theoretical physics. She stayed at Cambridge for a further three years in the Semiconductor Physics Group at the Cavendish Laboratory, gaining her doctorate in research into optical and transport semiconductor devices fabricated by molecular beam epitaxy regrowth. She became a Partner in 2001.
