  • The company said its Quantum Security Gateway has entered the final verification stage under its ZeroTrust 3.0 strategy.
  • Genience stated that the platform combines post-quantum cryptography, Zero Trust Network Access, and key management technologies.

Cybersecurity company Genience announced its entry into the quantum security market. The company said on May 26 that it plans to develop quantum security technologies for the quantum computing era and position itself in the post-quantum security market.

A Genience official said the company’s “Quantum Security Gateway” technology has entered the final verification stage as part of its ZeroTrust 3.0 strategy, according to the source. The official stated that the technology is intended to block hacking threats in the quantum computing era and that the company aims to secure proprietary quantum security technology capable of competing with global companies.

The company said the Quantum Security Gateway incorporates a proprietary quantum cryptography system. Genience explained that the system combines post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technology with its existing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution and includes a key management system (KMS) designed to manage the lifecycle of cryptographic keys securely.
