Research Paper

Manuel Serrano, José Antonio Cruz, Ricardo Pérez, and Mario Piattini, members of the Madrid-based startup aQuantum and faculty members of The Institute of Technologies and Information Systems, University of Castilla-La Mancha (Universidad de Castilla–La Mancha), have just published the paper Quantum software components and platforms: overview and quality assessment in the journal ACM Computing Surveys of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Talavera Manifesto

This research work analyses the different existing platforms for quantum software development, both from the point of view of the principles of the Talavera Manifesto and the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, as well as proposing a set of quality requirements for the development of quantum software platforms and the conduct of their quality assessment.

The research and the team behind it will help aQuantum, founded in 2018 by Guido Peterssen, José Luis Hevia and Mario Piattini, in its ongoing work detecting the possibilities in the fields of Quantum Software Engineering and Development.
