After many months of preparation, The Quantum Insider is happy to announce the launch of Quantum Women.

A professional network of current and rising women leaders in quantum tech in Australia, the organization’s vision is to see every woman working in quantum tech and quantum-adjacent fields achieve their full professional potential.

Its launch event featured three distinguished quantum leaders: Founder and CEO of Silicon Quantum Computing Michelle Simmons, Head of School of Physics at UNSW Prof. Susan Coppersmith, and Principal Researcher at Microsoft Maja Cassidy who spoke about their experience building a career in quantum tech/science and shared captivating and inspirational personal stories.
