Qubitl Quantum Technologies

One of the defining features that will give rise to whether the quantum tech industry sees some of the successes that sectors like AI have seen in the past and present is its capacity for high-level collaboration and development. Consortia such as QED-C, Euro QCI and QuIC are making inroads here, pushing for more cooperation between academia and industry, nurturing the level of confidence in non-quantum stakeholders to give the technology a chance.

It’s early days, but the signs look positive here. In research, too, the indicators that our industry is heading in the right direction are clear to see. Proof of this can be seen with the establishment of Qubitl Quantum Technologies, a quantum technology R&D lab with multinational research partners.

At Qubitl Labs it’s not “about us” — it is about the impact our R&D makes to humanity and our planet

— Qubitl Quantum Technologies

Set up in 2018 by the team that initiated India’s first privately owned Quantum Lab, Qubitl’s core focus is on quantum ML software. Bent on uniting the quantum information sciences (QIS) and AI for the betterment of humanity, it wants to achieve this by leveraging its hardware-agnostic research which combines the intellectual capacity of over 16 research-intensive institutions, 30 research scientists, visionary technology pioneers and experienced commercial executives who have over 500 years of combined experience with a large portfolio of peer-reviewed research output across 21 universities or research institutions across the world. All this will lead — the team hopes — for Qubitl to become a global leader in QC integration and software development, fusing technologies such as robotics, photonics, ML and IoT sensor systems in the process.

The company’s proprietary technology comes in the form of three offerings:

• Q-RandCon — Quantum Random Number Generation Technology

• HealthCetra — Quantum Cryptographic Medical Info-DAPP

• Q-Shift — Quantum Differential Phase Shift technology for Quantum Key Distribution (QKD)

At Qubitl Technologies we are building a more transparent and equal future for everyone. Focussing on people, the planet and all sentient life, we are engineering solutions needed to improve our existence through quantum research and development

With these exciting products and lofty ambitions, Qubitl is definitely out to improve upon how we live our lives through quantum R&D and, with it, elevate the technology to its rightful place alongside AI and other deeptech sectors.
